Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped by FedEx standard ground, unless specified otherwise. Oversized or overweight orders may be shipped using a different freight carrier and may require scheduling for delivery. For those orders we recommend you call us directly for a shipping quote. For Alaska & Hawaii orders please e-mail us for a shipping quote support@aquart.cn. Presently, we do not offer international shipping to unsupported countries and are unable to drop ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or other Military Addresses. We require all "ship-to addresses" to be valid street addresses.
After we receive your order please allow up to 3 to 4 days for processing. Processing is the stage where your order is physically put together and packaged for delivery. After processing is complete, your order will be shipped to the ship-to address you supplied during checkout. When your order ships we will notify you via e-mail and provide you with a tracking number.
Orders shipping to either Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional shipment fee which will be calculated during checkout prior to submitting order.
We offer free ground shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 States) through UPS, USPS, and FedEx (Ground and Express). Express shipping is available at a cost, depending on the item's weight and delivery address.
United States free standard shipping: 2-14 business days depending on the delivery address. (Hawaii and Alaska not included)
International: We currently support Canadian, American, and Australian shipping. Normally it takes 5-10 days for delivery. We will roll out further shipping support to the EU, and Mexico in the coming months.
We offer international shipping at a cost, depending on the item's weight and country of destination. The customer is responsible for import customs taxes and duties. If the customer refuses to pay for the import taxes and duties, a refund will not be issued.
